In chapter 7 we learn more about intimacy between Gatsby and Daisy and how they are in love, and how this creates a spasm of drama inside the group of Nicks. For instance Gatsby and Daisy we're not very secretive about there whole love affair and Tom being as stupid as he was miraculously found out. Which then led to this whole argument between the group where Tom pointed out all the flaws of Gatsby and made him look like a bad man in Daisy eyes. Daisy was troubled and wanted to go which led to the killing of Mrs. Wilson.
